Fairport IDA Board of Directors

James Unckless, Chairman
Mr. Unckless is retired from Eastman Kodak Company, where he worked for 35 years as an engineer in information systems. He has been on the IDA board for 24 years.

Donna Yawman, Vice Chair
Ms. Yawman is a Fairport resident and lifelong community volunteer, and has served on the IDA board for 36 years.

Kenneth Rohr, Secretary/Treasurer
Mr. Rohr has retired from his position as finance director for the Town of Brighton, which he held for 15 years. He is a board member and treasurer of the ARC of Monroe County and a board member of the National Kidney Foundation. Mr. Rohr has been on the Fairport IDA board for 2 years and is chairman of the Audit Committee.

H. Kevin Clark
Mr. Clark is the Deputy Mayor of the Village of Fairport and a Project Manager for Christa Construction. He has served on the IDA board for almost 10 years, and was chairman of the 2007 Comprehensive Plan Committee and the Fairport Village Partnership.

Andree Mastrosimone
Ms. Mastrosimone is President of Calm and Sense Communications and has been with the IDA for 3 years. She is currently chairwoman of the Governance Committee.

Kal Wysokowski, Executive Director
Ms. Wysokowski has served as the executive director of the Fairport IDA and Office of Community + Economic Development (OCED) for four years. OCED consists of the IDA, Urban Renewal Agency, Section 8 Housing and Fairport Village Partnership. Ms. Wysokowski relocated to Fairport from Ithaca where she was vice president of business marketing and development with Tompkins County Area Development. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Ithaca College and a master's degree from Binghamton University.

What's your IDA doing?
  • Currently we are working to redevelop a DPW site on the south bank of the Erie Canal. The IDA purchased the property and accepted a proposal for a mixed-use project that includes a residential and commercial component.
  • We invested $2.6 million in private projects: Sterling West, Liftbridge Properties, Paul Graham & Associates and Mulconry’s.
  • We invested $350,000 in public infrastructure projects: Kennelley Park and Fairport Junction.
  • We created 48 new jobs.
