Ann L. Burr, Audit Committee
Ms. Burr serves Chairman and General Manager of Frontier Communications of Rochester. Ms. Burr is a trustee of RIT and serves on the Endowment, Finance and Government Relations committees. She also is a trustee for the George Eastman House and WXXI. Burr has served on Monroe County’s Blue Ribbon Financial Commission and the Monroe County Budget Advisory Committee. She holds a bachelor's degree from Utah State University and a master's degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
Eugene H. Caccamise
Mr. Caccamise has dedicated 39 years to the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union. He is currently the President of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Mega Local No. 3 New York, which covers 24 counties in the Northeast Region of New York. Caccamise was initiated into the BAC Union in 1969. Throughout his career as a bricklayer, he has held many prominent positions in the union: apprentice instructor, VP, and the funds administrator for the Rochester Chapter. Caccamise was also a chairperson of union events, a political action chairman, a Democratic vice chair for labor and he sat on the Monroe County Advisory Board.
Lauren A. Doyle, Audit Committee
Ms. Doyle is a National Board Certified counselor in private practice where she provides counseling services for couples, individuals, children and families. Doyle is also executive director of Matt Talbot Ministries. She has served as an adjunct professor at Monroe Community College and is a member of the Monroe County Airport Authority Board and the Susan B. Anthony Club. Doyle holds a bachelor's degree from SUNY at Empire and a master's from the University of Rochester.
Robert W. Hurlbut, Governance and Job Creation Compliance committees
Mr. Hurlbut has worked in the nursing home industry for 20 years and is licensed as a nursing home administrator. In 1990, he became VP of Rohm Services Corporation, a management and consultant firm for health care facilities with more than 1,100 beds in Western New York and Florida. In 1993, he assumed the position of President of Rohm Services Corporation.
Theresa B. Mazzullo, Governance and Job Creation Compliance committees
Ms. Mazzullo is the CEO of Excell Partners, Inc., a regional economic development partnership between the University of Rochester and the State of New York to manage a state-supported fund providing pre-seed and seed-stage financing to high-tech start-up companies in Upstate New York. Mazzullo serves as a Board Member of ESL Federal Credit Union and the Memorial Art Gallery. She is a trustee of the New York State Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection and was the co-chair of Monroe County’s Executive Taskforce on Economic Development. Mazzullo holds a bachelor's degree from Spring Hill College in Alabama and a graduate degree in banking from Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Stephen B. Moore, Audit Committee
Mr. Moore is Partner and Vice President of Moore Corporate Real Estate specializing in the sale and lease of commercial real estate, land acquisition and fee-based consulting in and around Rochester, New York. Moore sits on the Board of Trustees and is treasurer of the Pittsford Community Library. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Entrepreneurs Network (TEN) and the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). Moore is a 2002 Rochester Business Journal "40 Under 40" honoree.

Mr. Stuart is an Associate VP and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He is also a supporter of Genesee Region Home Care/Hospice and the George Eastman House. Stuart received a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in both Economics and Government.
