Orleaans County IDA

Orleans County IDA

Team Orleans makes business work

The County of Orleans Industrial Development Agency (COIDA) is a team of professionals dedicated to providing opportunities for businesses to grow and succeed in the area. In other words: to keep Orleans County a place Where Business Works.

We have a comprehensive range of incentives in our toolbox to ensure we continue to build this healthy economy long into the future. With COIDA’s wide variety of incentives, financing programs, loans and tax credits, we are in a solid position to help current businesses thrive and expand within Orleans County — and to help new businesses start up, relocate, expand and create employment opportunities in our County.

COIDA customizes and directly approves many incentives, including our Empire Zone, tax credits, financing and loan programs and our Microenterprise Assistance packages. We also use other incentives, such as employee recruitment, training and credits to help businesses grow, prosper and create jobs in our area — and to help our citizens, community and schools prosper, too.
