Seneca County Industrial Development Agency Board of Directors

Bob Aronson, Executive Director
Mr. Aronson brings more than 30 years of experience in international trade and entrepreneurship to SCIDA, including founding two successful small businesses. Aronson spent 10 years as a board member and treasurer of the Ontario County IDA. He holds an MS in International Studies from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and a BS in Finance and Economics from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

BOARD MEMBERS

Thomas L. Kime, Chair
Mr. Kime brings 30 years of banking experience to SCIDA. He is currently the Executive VP and CEO of Lyons National Bank. Kime serves on numerous community boards, including the Finger Lakes Regional Health Care System, Inc., and is a past board member of the Independent Banker Associates of New York State.

G. Thomas Macinski, Vice Chair
Mr. Macinski is Co-Owner and General Manager of Standing Stone Vineyards in Lodi, NY. Prior to founding Standing Stone, he held positions in international procurement and quality management for a large international corporation.

Robert E. Kernan, Jr., Treasurer
Mr. Kernan has more than 38 years of experience in the banking industry. Currently, he is Chairman of the Board of Seneca Falls Savings Bank and Seneca-Cayuga Bancorp, Inc. Kernan is involved in many community organizations, including the United Way of NY and Seneca County.

Kenneth Lee Patchen, Jr., Secretary
Mr. Patchen owns Patchen Real Estate, a position he has held for 38 years. For part of his career, he was also the Mayor of Waterloo for 20 years.

Robert J. Rosenkrans
Mr. Rosenkrans is an Executive Officer of Seneca Falls Savings Bank and has worked for Royce & Rosenkrans Insurance Agency (now part of Seneca Falls Savings Bank) for 35 years.

Fred Gaffney
Mr. Gaffney brings to SCIDA a depth of experience in economic development, downtown revitalization, and tourism. He is the Director of the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this, Gaffney was Vice President of the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce in Bloomsburg, PA.

Kenneth Reimer
Mr. Reimer is the Owner/Manager of The Village Greenhouse in Trumansburg, NY and Buttonwood Grove Winery in Romulus, NY.

David M. Kaiser
After a long career in agriculture, Mr. Kaiser now serves as Supervisor for the Town of Romulus and Chairman of the Seneca County Water & Sewer District.
